Privite Online unsecured loans are they legit?

Filed under: Unsecured Loans — admin @ 6:48 am

I’m in a nasty legal battle and I need 13,000 dollars. I have looked into online unsecured loans. I want to know if anyone has been scammed by using this method. They usually start out by saying I am a private/business loan officer. Blah Blah, but they are not from a bank and they have a yahoo handle. I am just trying to see if this is an option for me. Please let me know. Thanks!

I suppose there could be legitimate lenders out there but there are so many scam artists operating out of foreign countries, I wouldn’t trust any of them.

If they ask you for money up front, I wouldn’t do it. Advance fee loans are all over the place now and as far as I know, they’re all scams. See FTC warning on web link below.

UK Question – Can you recommend a payday loan company?

Filed under: UK Payday Loans — admin @ 6:48 am

I don’t get paid till next Friday (19th Oct) and need access to cash tomorrow. I am totally skint. Have borrowed from family, maxed out credit card and borrowing from my Bank is not an option.
The only thing I could sell is my car which I wouldn’t get much for and need it for work anyway.

No. I have worked for two different loan sharks, I mean, pay day loan companies, and I would not recommend EVER borrowing from any company.

You have maxed out your credit cards and still haven’t figured out that borrowing money isn’t the answer to your problems.

Sell something. Sell everything.

The only thing you could sell is your car?

BULLSHIT! Sell your clothes, your blood plasma, your CD collection, your sunglasses, your books, your furniture, your television, and your COMPUTER!

Why are people in the UK so obsessed with mortgages?

Filed under: UK Mortgages — admin @ 6:48 am

I am so bored with people bleating on about this in the UK, saying renting is dead money, blah, blah. Yes but if your house gets reposessed then your money was indeed dead, you morons! When you have a mortgage you still don’t own your house, your bank does. Even if you manage to pay off your mortgage in old age then the government will make you sell it to pay for your care home! Trust me I used to work in one, it happens all the time. Why not do what everyone else does in other countries and just rent and enjoy life without having to take three jobs to pay off your precious mortgage. YOU ARE ALL SHEEP HERE IN THE UK WITH YOUR OBSESSION.

Maybe it might be the lack of council housing due to them selling them off.

The U.K. has sold it’s people or should I say the people’s assits off to the rich , at the same time as making them pay for doing it.

Do the governments of the United States and the UK have student financial loans for higher education?

Filed under: UK Loans — admin @ 6:48 am

In my countries (New Zealand and Australia) you can get money loans to pay for your education which is in turn paid back once you start working over the course of a few years. This mainly just applies to universities but sometimes other education forms as well. Can someone tell me if they have this in the States and the UK also? I assume they have something similar. Thanks in advance

When will Yahoo get rid of that tiresome Xerox ad on the UK Finance home page?

Filed under: UK Finance — admin @ 6:48 am

It seems to dominate the whole page.

I will talk with them about this.

My track record is very consistent. They ignore me.

But then, they have more assets than me. So, they can afford it,

I am from the UK, I have UK credit & debit cards can I use them on US shopping Sites?

I’m from UK too and if the site takes your card then yes. The only thing to watch out for are postage charges.

Best place to ask is the site in question…

How safe are secured loans. Do all secured loans required you to send money prior to receiving loan amount?

Filed under: Secured Loans — admin @ 6:48 am

Need to know if First West Mortgage Bankers located in Las Vegas Nevada are legit. Applied for loan with ExpressLoan.com, however, I can’t find their website anymore. Was promised loan but have to send secured amount first. Is this legit?

NO legitimate lender will EVER ask you to send them a FEE or up front payments FIRST.

A LEGIT lender will roll any fees into the loan OR deduct them from the loan amount.

Anyone who asks you to front them fees or wire them money in order to fund your loan is a fraud, scammer and is looking to take advantage of you.

Do a WHOIS on their domain name…bet they only bought their web name for one year…big red flag also that it is a scam..

What site is legit for bank loans online?

Filed under: Online loans — admin @ 6:48 am

I was asked by a friend to help find a site for banks that you can apply for online loans for money of course. I’ve looked a few places and no idea what is legit or not.

Feel free to post sites you know are legit. However the site will be reported if it looked un-legit.

Thanks.

[Also if thi is even possible, I personaly thought it was a silly idea.]

There are several banks you can apply to for loans online. The question is, what type of loan? Is your friend looking for a personal loan, mortgage loan, car loan? I have applied online for all three, and have had good experiences (and better rates).

My favorite was ebank, which has since closed and is now owned by Stearns Bank (they had really low closing costs and quick closings on their mortgage loans). You can apply for a Bank of America personal loan, car loan or mortgage online. Also, you can apply for car loans through companies like E-Loan and Capital One Auto Finance. If you’re more specific on the type of loan, I can give you more examples. Also, www.bankrate.com is a good source for bank loans.

Depending on the type of loan you apply for, they will either send someone out to you (for instance with a mortgage) to close the loan after your online application, or they will have you email, upload to their website and/or mail the documents they need from you, and you will have to get documents notarized (i.e. with a personal loan or car loan).

Independent Financial Advisors IFA?

Filed under: Independent Financial Advisors — admin @ 6:48 am

Hi,
To get straight to the point:
If i were to get an independent financial advisor and he/she decides to give be some bad advice, what protection would be given to me if an IFA loses me money?

FAs can’t tell you what to do, they can only make suggestions based on their knowledge and research. Clients should know that investing in the market has risks. This is all I can say since I know nothing specific about the actual situation.
